Yeah mentioning the girlfriend to the judge especially if he is a dick would be very bad, now if you tell him you just got a new boyfriend he might laugh,and feel sorry for you. But seriously dont say anything about her, your best chance would be to do like 95volvo said sincerely explain to him that it was a lapse in judgement and that you are sincerely sorry and that you have changed.

Tell the judge that you are willing to serve comunity service, I got out of having to go on house arrest for getting caught underage drinking, minor posession of contriband, and dip->which is the funniest thing ever to get charged with. But i got off with 60 hours community service, and a jail tour.

I'm glad that you have realized what you have done and all but I think you should serve out both probation and house arrest like a man... Let it be a swift kick in your *** and you'll never want to do that again.

You know almost everyone comes out of jail saying I've changed or I've been redeemed. But you don't know this for certain until a person's character is tested to see if they have really changed. So either do the punshishment like a man or quit with the I've changed BS!
