Alright...I had this idea and didn't know if it is possible. I have a place for a double-din cd player or LCD screen in my car. What I was wondering, would I be able to hook up a double din LCD screen to a HD, and run it like a computer. Just fill up the whole hard drive with music, decent video card and then use the visualizations from winamp for show. Is it possible to have the audio come from the hard drive to the speakers? Or, integrate the video out from the video card to the LCD screen? Whatever it takes, I want to do it. I just hate having to burn new cds every other day, when I could just unhook a hard drive, put it on my computer and copy the music over and make 1000's of playlists. Plus, it looks much nicer then just an iPod plugged into a headunit.

Is there any other way then that? I've heard of that system before, but it is awfully expensive.
