ok i was in my neighborhood and i drive past a cop car checkin for speeders, well the ******* pulls me over

and give me a ticket

FOR

-no rear bumper

-obstructing view(tint)

-no headlights, it was noon why do i need headlights

and then this one after he lectures me he ask what the switches in my center console are for and he has be do all of them and then writes me a ticket for flashing red lights

after i explained they were just for show and i only use them when i'm parked

That sucks dude, so your telling me if I get pulled over I can get in trouble for having 2 switches on my dash that glow red when I turn them on ( they operate the head unit and the amplifier). They don't flash but they glow bright red.

You can fight the rear bumper, no headlights, flashing red lights, and possibly even the tint if its legal in your area. Show up to court... they will probably drop everything, thats rediculous. Id flip out on a cop if he asked me what my switches were for, then i showed him by turning them on and he gives me a ticket. Id get disorderly conduct ... bastard cop

ive never heard of the headlight thing... thats pretty weak. The cop was probably just trying to get his quota for the day thats why he stopped u... and the bumper thing thats actually legit.

some parts of the country its not. i know in my towns its not. they dont like to talk about it, but in my rop class our instructor (ex-cop) said they do have quota's.

well i gotta fix it on the headlights tint and bumper, but my bumper wont be on for a few weeks cause parts are still in texas so i gotta ask them if it can be extended past the 7th of april, i'm gonna fight the neons for sure, that was entrapement

If your bumper is on its way, thats dropped too. Its in the process of being fixed or repaired so it wont be a big deal.

just dont pay it, show up on your court date and youll see the guy before you go in and he'll probably bargain down with you.

yeah i will, my headlights show up wed so thats fixed, but i guess i'll have to take the tint off since there is no way to get around it
