Then why is Phat the only one who has been sanctioned as a result? Why not AllStar? Why not Raisedin305? Why not whoever else who has ever violated the TOS in any way?

Did I mention you by name? Did I mention anyone by name? No, I didn't. I merely pointed out that the violations most assuredly exist yet no one seems to be getting their panties in a bunch over it.

Seemingly the only person who had an axe to grind again Phat has already done so with great success. I would wager that TOS violations in one form or another happen each and every day. Do they happen with the overwhelming in-your-face way that Phat used? Well, obviously the answer is no ~ but they happen nonetheless. So, again I ask, why is it that certain members are getting singled out rather than an across the board enforcement of the rules?

Well, I lol.

Phat said he did this to make the forum better. In his words, it was for the best of the forum.

Now that he is banned, some members have been calling for everyone who violates the TOS to be banned. Now that may be fair, but that would also ban some of the good mambers of the site. ie Allstar. I didn't hear a single person comlplain when he posted those pics.(I could be wrong on this, I haven't checked that thread in a while) But now all of a sudden he should be banned? Also, I'm sure there are many violations of the TOS that happen, but go unnoticed because most of the stuff was viewed as being just fine, just normal forum stuff. (except for the chinny pics and something about raisden I think, but I didn't see those)

I don't think Allstar should be banned.

More to come later when I have time.
