A member posted in the thread and made a good point about something. We all know that Phat posted some ****, be it your taste or not, it broke the TOS agreement that you must agree to, to become a member on this forum. I'm sure most of you love ******* and females, but that doesnt call for a double standard to happen. We most all have seen Allstar1500bd's post about his trip to florida for spring break. Well, the first page is cool, proper pics of a good family vacation. Get onto the second page and people are begging for ******* to be posted, so he does so. Whether dick or ******* are your preference, posting EITHER ONE violates the TOS. Why is it that a double standard occurs and his pics are allowed by members and phat's werent. It's because phat's had a dick in the picture. Look down your pants please gentlemen, OMGZORS! its a dick! well.....some of you that may not be true i guess.

Why is it that phat gets banned and this guy doesnt.....yet anyways. Goob has been contacted, and will once again be contacted shortly. I don't feel its fair that phat was banned and Allstar isnt. It's only fair right?

If you're going to open this particular can of worms, saywhat?, then why not ban PhatTonyTheNarco as well? He made posts where it is all but spelled out that he participated in the "festivities" prior to ratting on Phat.

If I were curious enough to go through the forum thread by thread, post by post, I'm certain that there is more TOS violations just sitting dormant in dead, forgotten threads waiting to be stumbled upon by an unsuspecting forum visitor.

I'm not defending AllStar's posts by any means but I would like to know why the witch hunt???

If everyone got banned for ****...Satan (the guy who scammed LivinLife) should of been scammed a long time before he pulled off that scam. He was one of the major contributors to the pr0n night a few months ago...Sometimes it seems like the TOS are applied here and there. I in no way feel that allstar should be banned (he is one cool *** mutha focker, lol) but I do feel from now on if any one violates TOS in any way they should be given warnings for minor offenses and banned if violation contiues, and for seious offenses temp banned on the spot by the MOD team, and then permanently banned (IP BAN) by goob at his next convience. If we want clean this place up, we just cant ban TOS violators sometimes, it has to be an all the time thing.

Honest opinion? What is done is done. People continue to try and bring in new "examples" and bring more drama. **** ir ****, nekkid is nekkid any way you look at it. Is raisdin still here? He showed pics of his vienna sausage, not some random web pics. It is tought to take sides on this matter. I think that things need to cool down a bit and some thought needs to be put into what will be done.
