Is. 55:8 "For my thoughts are not your thoughts,

neither are your ways my ways,"

declares the LORD.

God's ways and thoughts are above ours. I have no idea why God does the things he does but I do know that they are for a reason. Lots of the time God allows things to come upon people to show His power, His delivering power, His love, etc...But I don't know why God does all the things He does.
