I'm going to list my main issues I have with not having a solid reform..

1. First they are not getting taxes taken out.. that doesnt help anything one bit.. While our taxes are on the rise.. just as the rich avoid taxes for greed, they avoid taxes because they get paid under the table. If you are going to work here.. and enjoy our country then you need to pay your fair share.. (even if the Government spends the money recklessly) thats part of our country and freedom... a necessary evil.. even if our government is screwing us over.. we need to take that separate issue to the polls.

2. All ethnic backgrounds, but mainly Hispanic's send out part, or most of their paycheck back home.. this does not help our economy.. it only hurts it.. when they send that money out.. instead of it helping a local shop, store and so on.. to generate profit, so they can hire people, or keep people employed and to pay that person's wage.. it goes out to another country and only helps them..

3. Why should we allow people that 1st. broke the law.. to come here and work anyways.. and continue to do so the longer they are here.. and working.. (Several laws might i add) when we have people here that are citizens that do want to work and would do those jobs they claim "we dont want"

4th and the biggest..

Every other country would kick *ANYONE* out that does not have proper documentation and paper work rather its a passport, work permit, and so on.. no questions asked, they would be kicked out or jailed..

How does this suprise anyone, and why in the HELL would anyone expect special treatment? If I didnt pay my taxes, I would go to jail, have my home and other shit taken and sold off...

Why should we allow people that are here breaking the law get off with only paying a small fine? Seriously.. get real.. things like this is why other countries hate us.. and why they think we are a joke!

So Obama says he will send troops to the border. I heard that he is sending them to work in the administration section of the border patrol agency and that they wont be doing any patroling. They plan to push the people that sit behind the desk , hired for administrative positions, to do the patrolling? Why doesnt Obama just write another check , since he is so good at wrting bad checks, to cover the exspense to hire more patrol officers. Everybody know having millitary personal patrolling the border will cause more issues than just a border partol agent. So, once again Obama does nothing but bullshit and lies to the public about his actual intentions. Most of those military gaurds wont even be sent out. they will be at the base on stand by until 2012 dooms day.

What do they expect when they start chucking rocks at officers. This is the beginning of a war. America is being invaded and nobody has balls to stand up and shut down the border. What do we owe Mexico? why are the US officials so affraid to close the borders? Why do this mexican president feel the need to bash on our government actions when his peopl are the ones fleeing to us, not for help, but to hide from both them and us. On top of abusing the USA's compassion and resources? People get kill all the time, and now all the sudden somebody comes up with a video to fuel the racial tensions.

I personally think that they officers should have subdued the illegals and maybe used rubber bullets. But hey, WTF, why do that when they shot accross the border at us with real bullets. Fuck them. He may have not desered to die, but it is his fault to be trying to cross the border illegaly.

That shooting is a tragedy. An avoidable one.

Unfortunately, this is the type of thing that happens when we just continue down this 'dont obey our laws' plan that so many people want to keep. Lack of decisive laws and policies leads to confusion. Confusion leads to unintended deaths. That officer might have been some crazed racist looking for a reason to kill a Mexican, but he was probably just a normal guy thrust into a difficult situation with consequences he'll have to live with the rest of his life. And obviously the family of the dead boy right about now are questioning the 'humanity' of our look the other way most of the time policy on illegal immigration right.

Why did this situation have to happen? A group of young Mexicans who felt they could completely ignore American laws and officers of authority while breaking the law, and a police officer with not enough training, back up, and/or political support to have simple yet overpowering and peaceful means to handle such a routine situation as some kids with rocks. It happened because a lot of people in this country want cheaper products and think they get it from this under the table illegal immigrant work force, while patting themselves on the back for being such great humanitarians by spending other people's tax dollars to get it. Self indulgent morality. This is the price of your cheap strawberries and auto mechanics. I hope its worth it to you.
