And unless you can get the woofer at dealer cost, that means nothing here. They still have to give you new parts and pay a guy to rebuild the woofer. I believe a recone from FI is somewhere around $120. For a $209 SSD, that really isn't a huge difference compared to your situation.

You may have gotten a dud woofer if your install isn't to blame. That doesn't mean the company sucks. You still fail. Sorry

Your explanation of why you didn't break it is just like every other noobs response when they kill their equipment.
