How about a single SX18 and an opti4000D

with a 5 cube box with 150 squares of port, and a good electrical, you should be nipping 50's fairly easy

straightforward setups to hit 50's are gonna cost a lot, you could do it for a lot less, but you gotta substitute experience, knowledge, and trial & error for $

you could also get louder with a bigger box, but i was too lazy to see if you already said if the back seat can go or not...

Space is not a problem. Really...I could rip out everything if I wanted to and just make a flat part in the box to sit on I have no need for this car anymore, its just going to be something to play with and learn. I'm hoping that I can gain some of that experience you were talking about. In reality I will most likely do this, play with it, upgrade it and give the stuff to my little sister as she likes SPL way more than I ever will...she just doesn't know what anything is (her last setup had 2 15's and an amp running stereo with full pass on ROFL) everytime she visits I end up having to redo her stuff because she has the gains cranked and within days of blowing out the subs.

Maybe I'll use my 8's from RE as my mids

nah, don't use subs for mids

but if SPL is really your sole objective, do some reading first, and you'll be able to get bigger number with less money than if you just start throwing money around
