im stumped

okay when the car is off, the impendence of the subs ( 4 CerwinVega hed 10s) is 1 ohm, okay....when the car is on...the impendence is -25.6, is this suppose to happen? or is sumthing wrong here?

You have wires still connected to your amp? You cannot measure resistance of a component like that.

to test resistance, u have to isolate the circuit

I have no problem measuring my resistance with the subs connected to the amp. as long as the amp is off you should be fine.

I would still disconect one of the wires leading to your amp... Probably wont make a difference, I was just brought up that way...
