i was supposed to have surgery on octboer 9th..i dont have insurance at work so i applied thru capital ones healthcare loans i got approved for $18,000 which is what the doctor told me it was gona cost..so i get all the pre-checkups done and all that BS..now his assitant calls me and tells me the final total will be $26,500!!! i said hold on in the office you told me it was $18,000 which is $6500 for the doc and $11,500 for the hospital..these other fee's came from the pre-ops she said..i told her you never said that..you $6500 from doc and $11,500 for hospital..i already took 3 weeks off from work non-paid vacation because im out of them..and i cant go back and say i changed my mind it was a pain in the *** to get them in the first place..now i dont know what the hell is gona happen..she said ok hold on let me talk to the doctor and i will call you back..this is some real bull$shit man...i knew shit was going to easy and good for me..its never this easy..it just took a lil longer for the pie of $hit to hit me in the face..pissed me off so bad i dont feel like going to work today..oh and they told me they found a hernia and need to fix that also during the surgery which will cost an extra $1000 which i had no problem with so i was ok with $19,000..but **** $26,500...capital one has a limit of $25,000 anyways..and with the $18,000 loan i was gona be paying $385 a month..*&%$^$%^%^%!!!!!!

i have enough to pay the doctor and hospital fee,i will see what she tells me if nothing good i will go ahead with the surgery..then mail out letters to the pre-op offices explaining what happend and tell them i will make monthly payments to pay them instead of there 1 big fee..and i will pay im not gona ruin my credit..when i was young it was very bad i worked it up to a good score and own a house now ..so ruining my credit is not a option..

Try to find a hospital that will do it for the medicare rate.
