Im sick of spending money on shit that people probably wont appreciate, like or even care about. My parents really dont want anything for xmas, and I hate getting them dumb shit thats useless so im at a loss to do about them. My girlfriend doesnt want me to get her anything for xmas at all, which of course me being the cold hearted bastard I am I really dont mind..... I specifically also hate work xmas parties / gift giving. I dont like the people here at work as it is, and somehow I doubt one day out of the year is going to change that.

And whats makes it all the more worse is that I have to sit here bored at work all day and read thru the classifieds on here and know I cant afford anything spiffy because of xmas. Or at least, until after all this seasonal bullshit is over with.

Amen to that...right there with you in just about every aspect. Only people I like shoppin for is my nephews...christmas presents should be more about the kids.
