Im retarded...easy computer question i need help with

OK long story short i downloaded Max Payne and i need to get it in the developer mode to use the cheat codes

Now i need to change the loacation of the .exe from maxpayne.exe to maxpayne.exe - developer

I searched and i know its something simple but i just cant get it....all i can do is rename the shortcut and thats not working.How do i change the location in explorer?

Click on Start > Run then when the little window pops up put in 'C:\Program Files\Max Payne\maxpayne.exe -developer' and your done.

Right click the shortcut for Max Payne and go to "Properties".

A window will pop up, and about halfway down you will see a line that says "Target" and then some text on the right. At the end of that text, you want to add -developer (after all the text), and then hit apply, and ok.
