Because false accusations are a serious issue that is plaguing this country. There's studies that show as much as 50% or more accusations of **** are fabricated, how would you feel if your entire life and career as a profession was ruined because one person lied to simply get attention or not seem like a slut

yepp, i bet if you hooked up with a girl younger than you and she made false accusations, even if she led you on and started it, you'd probably get convicted just because you're male and she can cry to the sympathy of the jury.

My ex is still going through the court system 4 years after she claimed a guy ***** her.

All she has is her word, and they're still going. Since her incident, the same guy has "allegedly" ***** two other people. One of those other people was a 3 year old, which is really messed up. With three cases going against him with separate people, at least one is probably true....
