While it is absolutely stupid to use 911 to try and rectify the situation, she had a legitimate gripe. That asshat employee should have refunded her **** money. Sales are not final anywhere if you can't be provided with what was agreed upon in the sale in the first place. Let alone that I have never heard that used anyway. I have been refunded full price and received what I ordered just in an unacceptable condition. She should have taken the names of everyone and the store number and called McD corporate. So pretty much everyone in this story is one big douchely idiot.
