About 2 weeks ago, this guy thats a pipefitter at the plant i work at, tells me how bad his lower back has been hurting. Now the dude is 24 years old and i tell him probably needs lined back up so i give him my chiropractor's card. Well that didn't work for him so i tell him he should go see a doctor. Well last week, his boss comes and tells me that he got admitted to the hospital but he doesn't know what for. Then thursday, his boss tells me that they medi-vac'd him to the Cleveland Clinic cause his kidneys quit working. Then i see this in the paper...seems Seth had cancer of the intestines, liver and kidneys. Shyt is f'd up man, this dude was cool as hell......goes to show you, you never know when its your time. His daughter was like 4 months old .

Thats horrible man, sorry to hear that. That shock will last a bit, even after a while its still **** hard to except.

Actually, the guy didn't do to bad. I mean yeah he did die young, and that totally sucks, but from the sounds of it he didn't suffer much.

Working in a nursing home/assisted living, i see people whose end is much worse.

My biggest fear is ending up one of those poor bastards that live like 15 years in a semi-veg state. Sitting in shitty diapers all day, being propped up like a puppet at the feeder table, to have some snot nosed high school punk jabbing you in the mouth with a spoonful of pureed hot dogs.

Everyone has to die, and the best way is quick and relativly pain free.

damn that sucks,.. now im going to be paranoid everytime i have back pains. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif and for some reason, my back seems like its hurting sometimes after i eat a lot of a certain food but i dont know what. i guess that must be my intenstine or some organ hurting! i feel bad for his wife.. just married a year ago and now he passed.. id be severaly depressed if my wife died just a year after our marriage and our daughter is only 4 months old. RIP seth!!!!!!

yeah, i know what your saying. Dieing young is much worse on the family/ect.

however, its also really hard to outlive everyone you love. I see people who sit and wait for death, and it usually doesn't come quickly.

Id like to die at like 65-70. Before everyone i know and love is in the ground. Maybe I'm just a selfish *******.
