I'm not a big fan of riceburners, but this one...

no worries i was looking at it on my macbook pro
mac's = no viruses //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
My x girlfriend said the same thing.

I proved her wrong.

There are viruses for macs, simple as that. You just haven't found them yet.

And besides, for the price of a mac, I can buy 3 pc's of the same/higher quality.

Not to mention pc's have better technology.

Anyone who has ever bought a macbook is completely, and utterly retarded.

If your so foolish as to think that 'macs don't get viruses', then why didn't you buy a computer made by another company, and simply load the mac OS onto the computer?

Buying a premade 'macbook' is like going to a dealership and buying a brand new car. If you want to throw away thousands of dollars, please, throw it at me, not apple.

God forbid someone wanted a new car...

Are you the same guy who bankrupted that entire casino? You know, the rhetard?

You buy a Mac these days and all you're getting is an Intel machine with FreeBSD and a 'Mac" X-Window system. When you get tired of iTunes (which is arguably why folks buy them) you can install Windows and run some useful applications.

If you have enough knowledge to drop to command line in OSX there is a crap load of cool UNIX and Linux apps you can install and run.

There are some really cool rootkits you can shoot over to a Mac too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/cool.gif.3bcaf8f141236c00f8044d07150e34f7.gif

I have 3 macs. I was a lifelong PC user until I got forced into a Macbook. My god I will NEVER go back. I didn't buy them for virus protection or any bs. Just overall it is SUCH a better computer, unless you're a programming nerd or whatever the usual excuse is.

A better computer? How so? Its the same hardware that a Windows PC uses except overpriced by 4 times more with a shitty OS.

I went through 4 laptops in 4 years. They got god awfully slow, some just crashed repeatedly, 2 had to be sent back 3 times for broken internals, random bs. Hell the first macbook I bought is still running as fast as the day I bought it and has never had a single issue.

I call user error. Its the same hardware as a Mac buddy. What brand were the laptops?

that other car is a ricey piece of shit they should kill it with fire

Lol, user error, of course..

2 Toshibas...don't remember the other ones. God the build quality was trash. The mac is miles beyond in terms of physical construction and longevity.

You're a pc guy, I'm not trying to sway your opinion. Just saying in my personal experience, it's like comparing the reliability of a 1960's British car to a Toyota...

Ive used both. That was the problem. You bought shit from a shit company. My Asus laptop has had 0 errors compared to my MacBook which has had 4 HD failures in less than 6 months.

Thats the one! I had an Asus. Again, no comparison in quality. But whatever, I give up. Everytime I mention MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE people get so defensive over their PC's. Lol. It's fine man, enjoy.

Every brand has their failures.

I had a Asus G50 laptop that had a failure rate of a major issue every 3 months.

But I still loved it, even if it was a hassle to get replaced repeatedly.

The new G51x is stout, though.
