Im having some minor issues...

so here it is.

I have an alpine CDA-9856 Headunit, MRD-M1005 amp, and 12" L7,

I recently added in a stinger cap and a pdx-4x150 amp.

I hooked up the main power in to the cap, along with the ground, remote. did the same thing for the other 2 amps.

the cap however wont turn on, but both the amps have power running to them.

however my mids seem to cut out at volume level 15-17 on the deck. ( this is with my amp settings on the pdx right down to nothing.)

So i disconnected the cap, thinking that it could be the problem... its not.

i hooked up only the 4 channel hoping that it would solve my problems..

Not so, still cuts out at volume level 15- 17.

Anyone know why my cap isnt lighting up?

Or why the PDX-4x150 isnt workin right?

1) is your sound cutting out, or are your amps going into protect mode?

2) did you charge your cap when you installed it?

is the cap for ur sub amp or ur 4channel?

ok so, i got my cap workin.. i guess my led's are burnt out.. thats all.. I use it to power both amps.

but, my 4 channel still seems to cut out on occasion when i turn it up.

I'll be playin music.. then *bam* there goes the 4 channel, but my subs still pound away.

any ideas why my 4 channel would go into protect mode? if it does, i cant tell because it stays on, just the sound cuts out. i checked my rca's and connections.

could it be a ground or power trippin?
