False alarm as it turns out. Kind of releived... learned a lesson. I also learned that pregnancy tests are about worthless, atleast in this case. She was like 2 or 3 weeks late though... IDK what happened, and I'm not gonna let it happen again.

Whew! Congrat's. Not much worse than not being "ready" for that life-changing situation.

I've had several "scares" in my life, but when my wife and I found out about ours (~4 years ago) we were at a good place in life, with each other, and actually ready. It was, instead of being scary, actually a happy thing and we were both excited about it. No, we weren't technically "trying" (didn't have to, apparently *lol*) but the news was not bad news at all. Of course, even then, it's a bit nerve-racking (particularly with the 1st), and your life is turned completely upside-down and inside-out from that moment forward.

A bit, I'm glad it turned out this way though, like I said earlier this was not my ideal situation. A lot has happened in the past few days that has been good for me.

i remember being in the same place only i was only 17. anyway i was relieved but yet dissapointed because to be honest i was excited about the experience. this is much better though

Hell I wish I could say the same. Mine couldnt have happened at the shittest time. I didnt have a job as I quit mine due to my cutlass being stolen with all my money into it not to mention my blood, sweat and tears. My job was going no where and me and Amanda where having problems. We werent even dating that long. So there I am jobless, car less and running out of money in the bank cause I was being lazy and depressed. Then BAM, I find out that she is holding my son deep inside her, lol! I am like holy shit, of all the times to get a girl knocked up it has to happen now. I didnt tell her that at the time, I was like that is great news babe.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif So needless to say I had a job a week later. The one I am at now writing this, lol! My mom bought me a cheap car to get around and I starting saving.

So..................needless to say I make payments on the house I grew up in and my relationship hasnt been better. I am asking her to marry me this weekend and have an awesome son. So sometimes having a kid can drastically change your life for the better. I know in my case it did. Time just about tells everything. I am so glad that I had Ajay! It kinda' did that for us when we were "ready" too, but what "order" I'll never know in my lifetime -- (this house is a wreck!!! *lol*). Nah... If you're a good man, which you sound like you are, something like that kinda gets the gears turning and bumps ambitions and motivations up a notch. Not a bad thing. It is funny how life is sometimes. I just am glad for what direction the good lord has taken me. God only knows the ways that I might have gone if it wasnt for Amanda and Ajay. So like I said I am glad for that little Nightmare on elm street, lol! Just kidding, sometimes he can be to much and you want to stick your head in a ditch and just say why oh why didnt i stick my head in a ditch like this instead of sticking my you know what in Amanda.
