I just got my Pioneer DEH-P7200 back from Pioneers technical department yesterday. It's still in it's pink sealed bag so I decided to look at it a few minutes ago and what do I see? A quarter size scratch on the face plate right under the M in mosfet. Not a hair line scratch either. Very noticable. I just spent $170 to get this repaired and this is what I get in return.

i would be making a phone call monday to pioneer, if there is no help there, ask for a manager or any higher up, if that doesnt work, go to the next higher up, and so on.

I'll be doing that. This is a very sweet deck and cost $450 back in 00/01. Thank god I didn't take it out of the sealed pink bag. I didn't even get a sheet or anything from them about the repair.
