And I just checked shipping on a DP 12 and it says 12 lbs. which I know is not right. Does anyone know how much one weighs?

I'm replacing my 10'' BL and JL 1000/1 with a 12'' Nightshade and Sundown 1500 in my reg cab ranger. They only need 1.5 cubes and a single 4'' aero to perform well I've been told. And for $285 it's going to be hard to beat.....I hope I'll have it all hooked up by the end of next week hopefully so I can give you a review then. But I know there aren't many left.

Nightshade or HDC. You cant go wrong with either. You need more power for both of them though.

Ok. I think i'll go with the DP. But first I've got to sell my BL which in southeast kansas is very hard to do since most kids around here are too lazy to get jobs. But as soon as that thing is sold, I'll probably get a DP, build a box around 2.5-2.7 cubes with a 6" aero tuned to 32 hz. How does that sound? I'm not familiar with the tuning of a DP so if anyone could help me out that would be great.

Been doing a little research but I'm not really sure. I heard the HDC3's are just 9500's. Is this true? And I after reading the review about the HDC3 above, would it be worth paying 230 for the HDC instead of 400 for a BTL?

Should be good, most folks tune in the 32-36 Hz range!

Well guys, I just ordered a DP 12. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif Hopefully I get this thing in the next week so I can start on my box and have it done before the end of winter break. Does anyone have videos of there DP 12's they'd like to share, or thoughts on tuning. I'm think about going with 34 hz, but maybe someone could chime in on what got them better output or just low end brutality. Haha.
