Coke Zero is actually pretty good ... That, C2, and Diet Sprite are the only diet pops I can handle ... The rest just make me want to vomit ...
I thought I was bad and I usually drink 4-5 pops a week ... A 12-pack a day ? That's insane ...
Also, one thing I've learned for the last 2 days ... If you want to lose weight, just throw up a couple dozen times ... I lost 15 lbs in the last 60 hours doing that ... LOL
Seriously, though, your drinks should consist mainly of water with a couple cups of juice and/or milk thrown in there if you want to be healthy ... Pop, even diet pop, should not be part of your daily lifestyle ...
