buy a bunch of food for meals, spend a day cooking and bag the stuff up in ziplock bags and reheat. or you can make one massive meal and eat off of it for a weekAnyone have suggestions for easy to prepare foods that are actually healthy for you? I'm 25, 6'0, 175, which is about the right ratio, but I know by the time I'm 35, I'll be pasty white with a beer gut if I keep this up. Problem is I'm always on the go, and end up eating fast food as probably 75% of my diet ( I know it's gross). Thinking If I can just go to the market, stock up on fruits and veggies, and find a quick and easy way to prepare stuff, I could get on the right track to a healthier lifestyle. BTW, I went swimming for the first time this summer a couple days ago, and my arm and calf muscles hurt like a *****.
