Ive been back a total of 30-45 mins. Just long enough to recognize some disgruntled members. It will take me a little longer to figure out which ones have valid concerns. Consider yourself one of those member I will watch to see if your concerns are meant as positive, or not. You might take this is some sort of slam, but the truth is its actually how I feel. Maybe you have a right to be so cynical at this point. All I can assure you of is that I will do what I feel is fair in each individual situation I come across. Take that however you want.

I want to say one thing. I regret my comment on being the 'bad cop'. My intention was not to sound threatening, I think most people who remember me as a mod previously know Im generally a friendly person here. I just came back to the site and within 10 found many blatant rule violations. In fairness, this was mainly from one member, who is now banned. I feel my biggest responsibility as a moderator is to be fair. I will continue to do my best to moderate that way. I do not frown upon people questioning my decisions, either in the open forum or the PM. The thing with Dan is only because its gone on far too long for anything positive to come from it, so I felt/feel it was simply time to end that discussion.

I hope everyone, or at least most people, understand where Im coming from. Thanks all.
