I've noticed when i drink an energy drink 1-2 hours ahead of time.. I tend to perform better when engaging in ****** activities.

Try XS Energy drinks. All natural and they dont slam you with a buzz and then drop you like teh red bullz and monster. With that said, i have some XS lemon on the way and a 4 pack of 16oz red bullz in the fridge homie.

Go easy on the red bull/Monster/Amp type drinks, they can kill you no problem if you drink too many or for too long. Thats why i am switching to XS.

Never heard of XS. Sounds like your addiction is worse than mines. I've recently limited my self to one monster/red bull per day.

just checked their website. Looks like super concentrated soda.. they even have a "caffeine free" one. lulz..
