nice ive got a samsung 65" hd tv is the blu ray worth it i mean ive seen the blu ray players out there for like 300$ but it doesnt seem worth it just for a slight difference i mean the picture is already when i just use my xbox on it btw ufc undisputed looks insane on it

my parents gave me a ps3 for my birthday last year... and they use it for blu-ray more than i use it for anything! lol

Blu Ray & Net Flix (+3 Account) + Samsung 52' LCD (1080P) + PS3 = FTMFW

Get 3 - 6 BRs per week plust have about 3 good PS3 games to fall back on. Also invested in a good set of wireless headphones and I'm bawlin son.

the special effect r sick. last night i watch Star Wars: Episode III and thats better then OG DVD ..only way u will get the best of BR is if u have a 42in and up TV its amazing .. have u seen a movie on the new LED TV ?????

My blu-ray player looks just as good on my cheap Westinghouse 37" (Our bedroom TV) and only get 1080i out of it. Parents have that same setup......sounds very nice, but for the money I think they could have gotten better sound.

That reciever alone IIRC was pushing a grand.

When I had my house I had a decent JBL/Klipsch/onkyo setup, which I still have. Just no point in putting in my apartment as I can't really trun it up. Netflix thing is awesome plus Ihave the samsung 1600 in my living room, and the 4600 in my bedroom so I can stream movies while I am waiting for the blu rays to come. Here is my set up samsung 46 inch, pioneer vsx 1019h reciever, av123 towers and surrounds, dual velodyne deq-10r's one out front the othe behind the couch. IROBOT is my favorite show off blu ray or wall-e.

A friend was over the other day and they said they had a hd tv...i asked if they had ever seen any hd on it and they were like ya we got an hd sattelite...so i poped a blu ray in and let it play for about 30 seconds on my 50 inch dlp and they were like holy shit it dont look like that....blu rays are awesome....
