A lot of people have had bad luck with the Directed refurbs.....

On the plus side, they do come with a six month warranty from DEI, so you dont have to screw with ikesound if theres a problem.

i dont see what the problem is. they are factory refurbs...i had a viper a long time ago i bought from them, ran for over a year no problems, sold it, and as far as i know its still running fine, and it was a refurb from ikes...
