I've ordered from them a few times without any problems. I have heard people say that they gave them a hard time while trying to return things on warantee, but since I've never had to file a claim I can't put any personal experience into that accusation.

I would say go for it. I have heard of several problems but I have heard many people praise them. There does seem to be trouble for almost everyone who requires the services of thier warranties to be fufilled though.

Just tried to order an Orion 3002 Refurb from them and first it was on back order for a couple weeks then they said it wasnt available, so they gave me a refund, so it worked out fine i guess.

yea i tried to buy an orion XTR 800.4 for mad cheap, but they were out of stock by the time i placed my order, and it took them a week to realize it, but they fully refunded me.

i then went on and got a viper550.6 (would liked to have the 800.4 tho) and it went relativly smoothly. took a little while tho, so be patient. for the price, you cant beat it.

They had an auction for an alarm I wanted. So, I bought my alarm from them. Found they were located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida so I can save on S&H. Did some stalker style searching (yahoo maps and such) and found they were literally right around the corner. They still charged me 5 bones for H...cocks. Item looked straight to me...still working a yr later.

i tryed buying a directed refurbhed amp, it took em 2 weeks after i ordered it for them to tell me it was out of stock, they could at least post out of stock on thier site. very slow buisness.

Negative experience for me. I bought a set of comps but they sent the wrong size. i sent everything back but they never refunded my money. I called them up and they said a tweeter was missing - I told them that was BS. i was talking to a guy with a heavt asian accent who told me "Not you fault, not our fault" which was enough to make me more than suspicious. It has to be somebody's fault doesn;t it? Anyway, I got disgusted and told them to send the speakers back to me and they did. I opened the package and everything was in there, all tweeters, woofers, XOers, everything. I could only interpret that as they can't read (sent the wrong size) and they do not enjoy correcting their mistakes. I myself would never buy anything fom them. I've heard lots of negative stories since. they do have an amp I want but can't send them another dime

ive had a hard time with them on 2 orders. both were on back order and had a hard time getting a refund. id steer clear of them.

the problem with them is that you have to send them 30 bucks plus pay for the price to send something back to them. also they seem to take forever to reply to your email sometimes. when i sent my deh860mp back they forgot send me the rca harness back and i had to wait for them to send that back to me. but the did send it back express ups and of course bit the price to send that back to me

I bought a 1100D from them, arrived very fast...I think it took 3 days? the amp has a few minor scuffs on it, but it performs fine and came with a 6 month warranty. I've done business with them on several occasions and came away very pleased. just check out their stature on ebay and that will pretty much speak for itself.
