I haven't had to deal with the customer service from woofers etc. but they hooked up my brother in law with his eclipse amp in less that a week. I give them a thumbs up.

i finally got my money back. it has been over a week since the first "refund wanted" e-mail was sent. i finally got a response when i sent an e-mail to the man in charge of sales. that same day i got a response from him and the next day i got 3 e-mails from the rep. that sold me the speakers. but its given me a bad impression about their business.
