They don't measure in "constant" winds. It is either gusts or sustained winds.

anytime sustained winds get over 50mph its no fun

being in key west they are looking to evac us some time sunday/monday but are still unsure. i hope it starts turning north before it gets near miami. i got maybe 150 in the bank and 450 worth of credit card money and i don't want to be stuck away from home having to spend it on a bullshit evac. worse timing on having to pay rent and car before the 8th. beginnings of the month are my broke time periods. :/
