If you were to do a big multi-sub build....

what speakers would you go with. If this does happen, it won't be any time soon, just wondering because I have been tossing this idea around in my head for a while. Price is probably the most important aspect, because when you buy 12-18 of them the price adds up quick.

Here are a few I was thinking of

1. Alpine Type-R ($125 for 12", $108 for 10") = $1080-1500

2. RE SE ($125 for 10", $135 for 12) = $1500-1620

Any others?

i would be more worried about the price of the power needed to get em movin
I'd probably run a few Autotek MM4000.1s. They run around $500 used. Three would probably be more then enough.

The thing I'd be most worried about is box design. Frankie Rio can do nearly what Ho Problems can do with half the stuff just because he found a good way to port it without running into cancellation.

I'd consider cvr's, treo tsx's, and cerwin vega v-max's. Or even the AQ SDc 2.5's
