I would do the part time job that I have now. I drive cars for a dealer's auction. Either I deliver them to the dealership, or pick them up from the dealership. Pays pretty good too, and I drive some nice cars.

I would definitely open a strip club. Nearest one for me is like 30min away in Davenport, but shit i would have enough cash to make it as nice and big as I wanted, so it would be worth it. And fun to just hire people to practically run the place, yet have a cash flow coming in all the time as well..
