how wouls this amp hold up on 2 redtops, a 1 farad cap, and a 110amp alt......?? 4gaauge wire btw....should i upgrade to 1/0 gauge?

DO 0/1awg IT'S IN THE MANUAL. 2 bats, a cap and a 110 alt will not hold up. my 160a didn't hold up, and i had a red and a yellow batt. the amp will shut off if it drops below voltage(9-10v) and the alt will eventually die.

i'llhave to not run the amp as hard and watch my volts closely.......

will the amp shut off with low volts if the protection circuit has been removed (hints the modding)......

No, it will not shut off. That amp will only stop play if it loses magic smoke. You really should also look into 1/0. I didn't even think you could clamp down 4 guage in it. I envy you, BassAddictJ. I really miss that amp.
