well i can get you a ballpark estimate.
@ 14.4 volts pushing 500 watts your pulling about 35 amps.
so @ 13.6 volts pulling about 35 amps you will be pushing approximately 475 watts.(remember this is a ball park estimate)
of course that is if you amp is actually pushing the wattage it stated it can do, so if you have a boss, quantum audio, sony, pioneer, power acoustic, or other cheap amps, your not pushing 500 watts.
and all this is not taking into account for the current being pulled from your alternator, if the amp is putting a strain on your electrical system, and your voltage drops even more, your going to lose watts also.
remember, the battery isn't doing all the work to push the amp, the alternator is.
