Those are the same SB acoustics tweets i had.
When i choose tweeters i dont like that blaring in your face sound. I like it smooth crisp and fully detailed and never harsh sounding with the SSS sounds. Along with being able to keep up with 4 18s. Its a rough order to fill. I'm not sure if those tweets are the same tweets i have, they look similar but could be very different. Being made of german silk seems very promising so if you can get it for around 70 CAD, then give em a shot. However Just warning you, you'd have to have the ability to reduce the 5-8khz range or else they will end up harsh. If you can raise the 12.5khz range as well, they will sound magnificent.
Also look at vifa XT 25 tweeters, You'll need to fire them on axis aka directly at your ears on both sides for the full effect but they impress for the price. Its very cheap and you get a lot of performance for the money dont worry about the RMS, they are pretty sturdy. If not image dynamics XS 28s can work well as well, very laid back vs the massive but detailed.
I'd say you should run those SB acoustics only if you have about 125-150 high quality watts on tap and you'll tap into their true potential if ran with any less with a mediocre or cheap amp, it'll feel very underwhelming in performance. Again when i say performance i'm not talking about SPL. SQ is always the goal. I kinda feel the same way about hertz hsk XL tweeters underwhelming performance for the money you dump into them. You also need an active crossover capable head unit.
