ok i wuz gonna run with one 12" idmax in my truck but i realised that was probally gonna be too much for my set up. i listen to metal so i like to hear that loud fast double kick drum. wich one do y'all think will work for me?

p.s i have a strong front stage sound. THANX!!

Either one, if a sub is too loud then just adjust your gains accordingly. Better to have too much than too little. I'd go with the IDmax IMO

I prefer ID subs, they are very clean and clear for sure, you can get an IDv3 for a decent price on SD

I had 2 12" IDQs and they were awesome. I listen to rock mostly and they kept up with my music well. I am sure the IDMax kicks *** since they are a step above the IDQs.
