I have had this subwoofer for a few years and am looking to rebuild it. When I called ID, they said it was pretty easy to recone and I found the kits, but how is this done? Local places want $100-150 to recone (not including the recone kit), which, in the end, will make this cost more than just buying a new one. So, I'd like to try it myself.
Any write-ups/references with pics on this?
