IDMAX12S2 or D4?

My Eclipse just busted (Bah!) and I'm thinking of getting an IDMAX12. I was wondering if I should get the 2 Ohm or 4 Ohm dual voice coil. Also, my friend wants to get the Pioneer Premier TSW12PRS. Are these any good?

Ya the PRS are very good but also hard to find unless you are online... The sub choice of S2 and D4 is about what type of amp you are gonna use mono block or class A/B etc.. how many ohms t is stable to and whatnot.. without that info it is very hard to give you a straight answer.
