ID vs. IDQ

Is there a major difference between these two lines of subs? I've already decided on ID CTX's for my speakers and I want an ID sub to go with it. It would be powered by an Alpine MRP-M500.

The ID is the entry level subwoofer, sounds great. The IDQ however, is their SQ beast. By far their best sounding woofer.

If you can, go with the Q.

what size box are you wanting? what type of response from bass are you looking for? which version of ID and IDQ?

Idk. I want decent SQ but I don't want to pay a whole lot.

then i'd recommend the IDv3 it's got the sound quality of the IDQv2 but more output.

I've owned two ID12v3's and they sound better than JL W6 IMO. I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for a simple woofer. How you like the CTX's btw?

I love my id10v3. It is in a .75^3 sealed box running off 300 watts and sounds great. I have been happy with it.
