you should have been more forthcoming on the condition. i was under the impression it was in good condition(at least from the pics) and i only needed to repair the battery or power problem
if it was broken other than the power issue you should have said that in the OP. there are numerous cracks and dents in it from shipping and a huge chunk broke off on the right front side corner
one of the latches on the lcd is also broken so it wont shut correctly
i was planning on fixing this and giving it to my roomate, but there is no way even if i do that i can give her a pc that is falling apart this much
not sure what made you think that just putting it in a box with no padding at all that it would survive the trip but it didnt.
you also said it was a 30gb hard drive, it is only 20gb
honestly i may be able to part it out, but in the condition that it is in it is of no use to me other than that and i highly doubt and can even get close to the $80 for the cd/hard drive/cpu and ram.
i guess we can do one of two things:
full refund
$80+3%fees+return shipping
or
partial refund
$50 refund i keep the pc and try to part it
i will ship it back to you, except i will throw some bubble wrap in with it so it makes it back exactly how i received it
honestly i dont think you really meant to defraud me and thats why i am trying to be as calm as possible. i have dealt with hundreds online over the years and sometimes things like this happen, it is how it is handled that makes the difference
