I did some major research in buying this sub... i considered RE, Adire, Diamond, Eclipse a bunch of other brands and i came up with IA. When it came time to look for a new sub i started this thread:

I used to own one. Then i decided to sell it to my cousin. Lets just say they get LOUD!!! Compare to L7's. They are underrated and can handle alot of power. The sq on them is decent. But to sum it up they are crazy.

oh ****, what about the death penalties. I really want sum new subs, i thought about gettin the RE sx model, so what else is close to the death penalty in loudness

last time i asked, they only had the 187's in stock... the DP is a pure SPL sub (or i think it is) more like an MT? i dunno

edit: all i know is that moe lester and some other people did a test with an LI vs an SE, the LI was 2-3 dbs LOUDER than the SE

While the DP is their spl oriented sub it sounds INFINITELY better than my DD 9915s...and is equivalently as loud

Uhhh... Flakko... on IA's forum, that test didn't involve LIs. It involved 187s..

no no Moe lester Tested a LI and an SE. the LI came out on top.
