In every review I've read, the SQ is "Surprisingly good for a dedicated SPL woofer". Comparing a DP to an SX is like comparing Mack Semi to a Ford F250 Diesel. The DP will walk over Brahma mk2s and the old XXXs, IMO.

U meant Sx why did you put DP then?!! Two subs should sound louder because you have increased the cone area to 24" instead of 15".

pshhhh dont you know if you hit a 150 with one 12...you will do a 300 with 2...duh thats simple math. double your cone area double your score

I was surprised that there where people here that didnt know the SX was louder than the XXX and Brahma MK2...but then i remembered i was in n00bx land. i remember when i was a n00bx, Noah remembers when i was a semi n00bx... i think im out of n00bx stage now...got a good ways to go to hit 0ldxx.

Well from what i have heard 3db gain from another sub and 3db gain for double power= 6db no exact science just a guideline.

I have seen it a lot of times on this forum. Am I wrong that 2 subs will not sound louder for daily use?
