Correct! We've shipped a few drivers, but not many! We got a shipment of soft parts in and they where damaged by good ole UPS, hopefully we'll have the replacements in the next week or so.

Lowe's uses UPS...and we are bigger than the whole **** car audio industry.

Judging by his wording, I assumed it was done by regular UPS.

I work in office furniture installation as my summer/part time job around school, and I deal with many freight companies that deliver our product 99% of the time without a scratch.

Edit: I also worked for UPS this last summer. I'll never ship with UPS if I have the option not to.
