Listen to me. I had 2 1501d's on my MT15...now I have a single 20.1

MUCH better. Sounds cleaner and louder. Even at full tilt to music...at .35ohms daily...it doesn't draw near as much current as my two 1501d's did. (Dual .7ohm MT, one 1501d on each coil).

yup i can vouch for this. it was my 20.1 but now jason's(undercoverpunk). and the 20.1 it definitely a noticeable upgrade over the 2 1501d's no bull.

No kidding... that 20.1 is absolutely NO JOKE. I can't wait to see what it does to the mags at .5 daily.

More than the 1200.2 on the IKP's that's for ******* sure LOL. **** babysteps.

I dont think my electrical system would like .25 ohms very much lol. Hell I dont know how well it would take to 2 @ 1ohm, I'm betting thats over 4 kw

a single 20.1 will definately do more power than 2 1501's... no matter what voltage no matter what impence... as long as both amps are tested on the same load. The 1501 at full output is capable of about 65-70 volts and about 35-40 amps... a single 20.1 is capable of well over 70 - 80 volts and over 70 amps of output.

1501's modded are capable of about 2200 watts at 1 ohm, 17v

So th kx1200.1 only do 1100 a piece? This 20.1 seems amazing. Does it draw more amps the lower the impendence?
