would two of these get loud on like 250 each i know its not alot but on the amp imna be using if i get these there D2s so i cant wire them to a 1ohm load so for now thats all they would be seeing untill i can get 2 more and run them off a hifonics 200rms amp so wpuld they sound alright or should i hook up 1 at 2ohm for the full 500rms???

I'd probably go with 2 at 250... a little underpowered, but 50 watts really isn't going to effect it that much... Twice the cone area on the other hand is noticeable.

yea the cone area was one reason but iv heared people running them with like 500+ rms and the sound great so i was just thinking 250rms less would that hurt the subs

No, you will not hurt a sub by underpowering it as long as you set the gains correctly.

No, not if you can detect clipping by ear.You'd probably be better off just buying a cheap DMM to be safe and make sure you're sending all the power available.

well i mean i have the settings all the way down and set the deck to negative as usuall for the bass and then turn it up to were i listen to it and turn the amp up little by little to where i like it its never usually more than half way up on the amp

It can be done that way, but like I said, you may end up with the gains too low that way. Easier to get a good estimate of where it needs to be with a DMM. "Halfway" may not be high enough, or it may be too high...there are other variables than just where the knob is pointing.
