I highly doubt this Mod's actions are leading to a "downfall" of a website. Most drama, internet fighting, breaking of TOS is done by the members. Other than the way the Mod wishes to handle the situation, they normally are not in the wrong.

I would be more inclined to point my finger @ the members breaking the rules, and causing constant problems. It's simple logic if they did not do so in the first place, the mod would not have to deal with them.

I say the problem is with the problem starter. Not the backlash caused by the problem. Lets face it, people can not deal with the internet and take things way to seriously.

You make a good point there, but the mod can make the situation worse in which he has done. To be honest, I've seen a few posts deleted that didn't warrant a deletion. I've seen this same mod chastize others call them out, flame them, whatever you want to call it, then he deletes another persons post for the same thing. There is no double standard. How can you expect all the members to act mature if you have a member in a position of authority that can't do the same? This thread does not add to the problems unless you start flaming. It is possible to have an intelligent debate, and we can get to the bottom of the problem and make this site a little better. But it's going to require input from both sides.
