yea thats pretty normal, especially in puppies. They tend to like a "den" or sorts, if you have a kennel or anything like that i'd suggest putting an old shirt or blanke of yours inside it and let the pup sleep there, one step closer to crate training(not sure if you are going to do that or not)Gracias. He's adjusting right now. Yesterday he was very stressed out. Did nothing but sleep, his breathing was rapid, he was anti social to say the least. I was very worried due to the breathing and the fact that his stomach was very swolen but today it looks as if he's doing much better. He doesn't like to sleep around people, finds himself secluded places, usually very cramped. I'm hoping as he gets more comfortable and adjusts to being around me this changes. It hasn't even been 24 hours so i don't expect for him to think of me as anything other than just another stranger.
I just felt the need to point some things out, thats all. Don't be upset.
another common thing, but at least they are easy to treatLooks like he's got worms... so i'm treating that. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
He's got a baaaaad case of worms. He's having trouble breathing and his stomach protrudes quite a bit. You can tell he is very uncomfortable. I gave him the medication and am hoping he pulls through it. The vet said this might get hairy. I dont care what it takes, i'm committed to having Toby as a member of the family. I just dont want him to suffer, and its clear he is. I'm hoping he does better in the following days. He seems to have high spirits.yea thats pretty normal, especially in puppies.
