i want to dunk..

ankle weights or strength shoes. however, these will typically only add a few inches to your vertical. There is a fast twitch muscle fiber and a slower twitching muscle fiber. Explosion comes from fast twitch, this would constitute acts like jumping and initial acceleration. Being 6'1, you are going to need about a solid 34-36 inch vertical to dunk.

 
Jump Soles or Air Alert...I never stuck with them to see real results, but I gained a couple inches in the first 2-3 weeks. My buddy gained 4" with Air Alert. I'm 6'1" 210 but can barely grab rim since I've stopped playing and don't jump anymore...used to touch 10'9" and dunk pretty easily about 25 pounds ago and actively playing(maybe 3-4 years ago).

i think im considered athletic i play hockey every sunday, and lift, but today i can grab 1 hand easy and touch 2 fingertips.. I can Not palm the ball for shit

6 foot and 185

so if i can touch my fingers i would need about 10" more vertical to be able to 2 hand dunk.. sick..
