it's all leg muscle buddy i'm 5'10 185 and i can get both hands on the rim,I used to be able to dunk a womens ball (can't palm a full size) but that was about 40lbs ago:laugh:

I can grab the first couple inches of the net both handed flat footed, but I have like a 6" vertical jump lol
