I have two 10" w3v3 SVC subs wired to a xd 600/1 amp @ 4 ohms. According to the jl charts that means im getting 400 watts when the vehicles producing a higher amount of volts. So this means 200watts to each sub. My subs can handle 500 watts rms each.

If this is correct this means my amp is no where near bringing my subs to their full potential. So should i look for a stronger amp?

Think i will get a noticeable difference if i add 400 watts? Because right now i can turn everything up to max, bass and volume, and drive around perfectly fine.

Yes, proper box and more power would be ideal. Then you are not "maxxing" out everything to get full volume.

I would look for a 2500 watt rms at 1 ohm mono amp. Wire the subs to 2 ohm. that should give you a lil head room.
